God feeder


Gob Feeder after series of modifications and innovations, and developed to be standard and the most popular feeder. It is widely used at home and abroad. It is an important equipment to the modern glass forming machines, can be operated both single gob and double gobs.
The main features: The link punching and shearing structures with linear bearings, electric synchronous drive, the shearing mechanism with air spring, the revolving tube mechanism is driven by the inverter, the reliance and independent Bijur Lubricating System, etc. 

I.S. Machine



Transfer


Ware transfer is to turn the bottles from the conveyor to the cross conveyor. Inverter drive, synchronous the phase with I.S.machine.
Easy to change the bottles pushed of the stacker by the counter. It has the fine adjustment for over load in order to protect the machine from damage by the bottle problem. 

Cross Conveyor


Model HST ware Transfer is designed and manufactured for correctly and stable conveying the bottles at high speed from the I.S. machine to Cross Conveyor in front of the annealing lehr, and especial for having the unstable glass containers further pushed into the annealing lehr correctly.
 Main features: Rails adjustable on top and at the bottom; Quick change quantity of push fingers; Conveying the bottles stably all the time; Reducing 40% of the conveying distance.
Silent chain Cross Conveyor is in front of the Lehr Max. Width of 4.5m for conveying bottles. 
The silent chain width is 125mm, stable, reliable and long life.
Speed limits 4 to 24 pcs/m 

Stacker



The stacker is to push the bottles to the lehr.
The single arm push bar width reaches 4.5m. 
Inverter speed adjusting, conveniently regulating and reliable operation.
Push bar stroke 210 to 350mm.
